Drag Race legend Sasha Colby has shared a big update about her love life.

In a recent interview with Out, the talented performer publicly came out as polyamorous while sharing an adorable update about her boyfriend, Ben Koenigsberg.

“We’ve been dating almost ten months! We’re doing great. He’s in Seattle running an amazing queer gym. It’s exciting to share [life] with someone [and] with people you love,” she said.

“Hot take! This is probably newsbreaking, but I’m actually poly! There’s a few of them. I have a few people that I’m dating and talking to.”

Colby went on to discuss her poly dynamic, revealing that it grants her “absolute autonomy” and takes the pressure off of one relationship.

“It’s literally ‘tag you’re it!’ It literally takes a village,” she added.

When the news outlet asked about the number of relationships in her life, the Miss Continental winner revealed that she has two partners and is currently dating another individual.

The trans icon’s recent interview comes a few months after she and Ben made their red carpet-debut at Elton John’s Oscar viewing party in March.

During a chat with The Advocate, Sasha revealed that their meet cute took place at Pride in Hawaii.

“[We’ve been dating for] four or five months and enjoying it! He happened to be there. He’s from Seattle [and] we hooked up, she said at the time.

In addition to her thriving personal life, Colby’s legendary career has skyrocketed to new heights over the last year.

Back in January 2023, the revered entertainer finally strutted into the RuPaul’s Drag Race werkroom for the show’s 15th season, where she became an instant frontrunner for the crown.

Colby more than lived up to her name with four maxi-challenge wins – more than any other competitor – and was later crowned ‘America’s Next Drag Superstar, making herstory in the process as the first trans women of colour to win the series.

Following her win, the 40-year-old talent continued to conquer the world, appearing in Vogue and covered publications such as i-D, Numero Netherlands and Billboard.

We love to see Colby thriving in both her professional and personal life.
