Pedro Pascal and Russell Tovey had a “date night,” and it has sent fans – including us – into an absolute tizzy.

On 26 July, Tovey surprised his Instagram following when he shared a photo of himself and Pascal at the Pet Shop Boys concert – which was held in London’s Royal Opera House.

In the dreamy snapshot, the handsome talents are shown smirking at the camera while the Looking star’s arm is draped over The Last of Us actor’s shoulder.

“Date night with this one,” Tovey’s caption read above Pascal and Pet Shop Boys’ Instagram handles.

Fortunately, the American Horror Story star reshared their dashing photo onto his Instagram feed alongside another cheeky caption: “Your dads.

It didn’t take long for fans to swarm Tovey’s comment section with their chaotic and relatable reactions.

One person wrote: “Whoever took this pic must be a total legend.”

A second fan hilariously commented: ‘I don’t like my man having his hands all over my other man like that.

The acting duo were also embraced by their industry peers, like Billy Porter, who uploaded a handful of heart emojis.

It’s A Sin creator Russell T Davies added to the fanfare, writing “Gasp” alongside a heart eye emoji.

The aforementioned photo isn’t the first time Pascal and Tovey have given fans a sneak peek into their close friendship.

Back in 2023, the two talents made waves with art enthusiasts when they documented their journey to the Rhodes Gallery‘s “ADHD Hyper Fixation and why it looks like I love Pedro Pascal” exhibit on Instagram.

While Pascal and Tovey were unable to attend the show, they did take a selfie with an art version of the Game of Thrones star outside the venue.

Alongside their various Instagram photo ops, The Mandalorian star has appeared on the Being Human actor’s podcast Talk Art, which is co-hosted by gallerist Robert Diament.

Lastly, in 2017, Pascal described Tovey as a “great guy” when discussing the latter’s performance in the National Theatre’s production of Angels in America.

“My friend Russell Tovey is in it. He’s a great guy. And he’s so on it. He got me tickets to both parts. Tony Kushner said it’s the best production he’s seen, which pissed me off,” he told The Porter at the time.
