Luke Evans has peeled back the curtains on his love life.
Since breaking into the entertainment industry in the early 2000s, the dreamy talent has captivated audiences worldwide with dynamic performances in films like Clash of the Titans, The Hobbit franchise, Dracula Untold and the live-action Beauty and the Beast.
While he has cultivated a long and successful career as one of Hollywood’s biggest actors, Evans has kept his personal life relatively under wraps– specifically regarding his romantic partnerships.
However, in a recent interview with Out, the Fast and the Furious star shed some light on his long-term relationship with Fran Tomas.
“He’s a great human being. He’s the best part of me, for sure. He’s kind, calm. He’s happy. He’s positive. He’s a hard worker,” he gushed to the news outlet.
“He literally makes me a better person. And has put up with my shit, which, I can’t imagine what that would be like.”
Evans went on to describe Tomas as his best friend, adding that they even have a strong professional relationship.
“We’re best friends. We travel together. We work together, we work on the [BDXY fashion] brand together. And we’re building a life together. We’re happy, and I’m very grateful that I’ve met that person,” he added.
Evans’ heartwarming interview comes nearly three years after he and Tomas made their red carpet debut at the LuisaViaRoma UNICEF gala in December 2022.
While Evans remained mum at the time, he gushed to PEOPLE about being happy, seemingly hinting at his harmonious relationship with Tomas.
“I’m just happy going into the new year, closing the year 2022. which has been an incredible year for me. It’s been an incredible, incredible year,” he told the news outlet.
“I’m just happy that it’s been a good one, and I’m coming to the end of it with my very close friends.”
