Keiynan Lonsdale has teamed up with Louis Futon for a new music video.

The multi-talented actor stole our hearts with his roles as Blue in Love, Simon and Kid Flash in The Flash, and last year took over our playlists with queer anthem Kiss The Boy and upbeat love song Preach.

Now, he’s teamed up with producer Louis Futon on a music video for their collaboration Royal Blood, which sees Keiynan channel his inner royal alongside co-star Isabel Durant.

“This video was really a collective effort that was so fun to be a part of,” said Louis regarding the music video.

“A couple of friends and I built the stage from scratch, and Keiynan and Izzy choreographed the dances around the stage platforms. We wanted to capture the essence of this song in an abstract, dance-oriented style and i’m stoked on how it turned out.”

Keiynan described the process of filming the video as “a really fun collaborative experience” with friends.

“It’s about learning to let go of fear, of perfection, & allowing yourself to just enjoy life freely with the ones that make you feel loved & connected. Lifting each other up through it all, & playing,” he said.

Last year, Keiynan opened up about his sexuality during an Instagram Live, explaining: “I’m still surprised I get this question. I came out last year as not straight.

“Now it just depends on the day, sometimes I’m bisexual, sometimes I’m gay, sometimes I’m straight, sometimes I’m not anything. It doesn’t matter. Either way, through all that, I’m Keiynan. So if your question is, ‘Am I Keiynan?’ Yes, I am Keiynan.”
