NLE Choppa has continued to gush about his love for the LGBTQIA+ community, shutting down a homophobe in the process.

On 13 June, the American rapper tweeted to his three million followers that he wants to perform his single, ”Slut Me Out 2′, at a Pride event “in return of the love yall showed me!”

In response, a Twitter/X user with the name “I Hate Youngboy” felt the need to say: “This n***a zesty ass be tweakin.”

Choppa clapped back in the best way possible, informing the aforementioned Youngboy hater: “I’m secure, I know who I am. Show love it won’t hurt.”

He continued to educate the user by saying: “You do know women are apart of the LGBTQ community right you gone hate them too? I mean at the least appreciate the women in that community if everything else make you uncomfortable king.”

More allyship like this, please!

Choppa rose to fame in 2019 with his trap single ‘Shotta Flow’, which reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100.

Subsequent hits include ‘Camelot’, ‘Famous Hoes’, ‘Go Stupid’ (with Polo G, Stunna 4 Vegas and Mike Will Made It), ‘Walk Em Down’ (with Roddy Ricch), ‘Shotta Flow 5’ and ‘Final Warning’.

He earned his biggest hit to date with ‘Slut Me Out’, which went viral on social media last year.

Following the release of the sequel in April, Choppa acknowledged how “the LGBTQ community [is] showing so much love” to the single and thanked them for their support.

“IDC what’s normalized as a rapper, I was raised to F**k with who f**k with you! So thank y’all for appreciating my craft. My music For ALL we do NO Discrimination,” he tweeted at the time.

After a ‘fan’ questioned his sexuality for “showing love”, he hit back: “Y’all men lost that’s why we killing each other everyday cause yall can’t show me love and whole time yall be the ones that get down like that but be hiding it!

“Me saying thank you got nun to do with my sexuality busta.”
