Taylor Swift delivered a passionate speech to the LGBTQ community over the weekend to mark the beginning of Pride Month.
Before she performed her new single Delicate, the American singer/songwriter told fans – while wearing a rainbow coloured dress – that it’s “very brave to be vulnerable about your feelings” and “it’s even more brave to be honest about your feelings and who you love”.
She continued: “You know that that might be met with adversity from society. So this month, and every month, I want to send out my love and respect to everybody who has been brave enough to be honest about the way they feel, to live their lives as they are, as they feel they should be, as they identify.
“And this is a month where I think we need to celebrate how far we’ve come, but we also need to acknowledge how far we still have left to go. I want to send my love and respect out to everybody who in their journey hasn’t yet felt comfortable enough to come out, and may you do that in your own time.

The I Did Something Bad singer is touring the UK and Ireland later this week, in support of her latest album Reputation.
Upon release, Reputation sold 1.2 million copies in its first week in the United States, and became the country’s best selling album of 2017. It’s so far sold over 2 million copies worldwide. Not too shabby in the age of streaming eh?
The album has spawned four singles so far in Look What You Made Me Do, Ready For It, End Game and Delicate.
