Plane Jane has set the record straight on her relationship with Q following their recent heated exchange.

This weekend (19 July- 20 July), thousands of fans sashayed into the Los Angeles Convention Center to attend RuPaul’s DragCon LA.

Like in previous years, attendees were treated to meet-and-greets with their favourite contestants, showstopping performances, and heaps of shopping vendors.

In addition to the aforementioned activities, the weekend extravaganza featured the highly anticipated season 16 cast reunion hosted by beloved Drag Race judge Ts Madison.

While most of the sit-down has been has been kept under wraps, a video of Plane and Q clashing on stage made its way to social media.

At the start of the gagworthy clip, Ts is heard reading off a fan question to Plane, asking her to rank her season 16 sisters’ DragCon outfits.

Of course, the Boston-based queen used the opportunity to throw some of her signature shade, stating: “If I’m going to be honest. I wasn’t paying attention; there’s not much to look at.”

However, things took a tense turn after Q – who was sitting behind Plane – threw her own bit of shade by grabbing the latter’s stomach.

“I just got accosted by a man,” the ‘Burger Finger’ singer exclaimed before slamming Q’s makeup and her alleged DragCon booth line numbers.

“Q last! Q the f**k last. Not even because the outfit is shit but because the mug is shit,” Plane added regarding the fan question from earlier.

While Plane and Q’s showdown was undoubtedly a gag, the former took to X to shut down any rumours of bad blood between them.

“Q and I are completely good btw. That’s my sis, I can’t stay mad at her,” she wrote on 20 July.

In an additional tweet, she reshared the aforementioned video alongside a cheeky caption: “This is why we should have had a televised reunion.”

It didn’t take long for fans to flock to Plane’s mentions, expressing their relief that she and Q were on good terms.

One person on X, formerly known as Twitter, wrote: “Ty!! People are going off way too hard on her for simple banter between two sisters.”

Another fan tweeted: “Mama, kudos for saying that, for spilling.”

A third individual added: “It was getting heated in first class passengers let me tell you!”

The full Drag Race season 16 reunion is set to be featured in WOW Presents Plus’ exclusive series, Bring Back My Girls.

An official release date has yet to be announced.
