Drag Race star Raja has teased that her time with the popular franchise might come to an end.
Since its debut in 2009, RuPaul’s Drag Race has captivated viewers worldwide.
From the beloved Snatch Game to the various runways and lip-syncs, the series has delivered an array of unforgettable moments.
But alongside its gag-worthy challenges, viewers have also found solace in the show’s talented batch of drag queens.
One of the most famous queens to come out of the expansive franchise is Raja, who took home the coveted crown in season three.
Back in May, the fierce talent made her highly-anticipated Drag Race return in the current all-winners season of All Stars.
Since arriving in the workroom, Raja has wowed viewers with her show-stopping looks and standout performances within the various challenges.
But even though the LA-based queen is currently thriving on the critically-acclaimed season, it looks like her time with the series may be ending.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Raja discussed the criticism she received regarding her runway looks from Drag Race stars and (temporary) Fashion Photo RuView hosts Violet Chachki and Gottmik.

However, while opening up about surrounding herself with positivity, she revealed some news about her time with the franchise.
“This is the last time I’m ever going to be on RuPaul’s Drag Race ever in my life, so I’m just focused on the positive and, no, I haven’t had a conversation with [Violet and Gottmik] at all,” she told the publication.
“I’ve just been surrounding myself with other things. There’s so much! They’re so much! They’re busy. They’re booked and blessed as well. I’ve been watching them, I follow both of them on Instagram.”
When asked to elaborate on her comments regarding her last Drag Race season, Raja said that’s her current feeling at the moment.
“Right now, at this point, I’m saying it’s a declaration. It’s such a hard thing to do, and I live a life of leisure, and I hate being inconvenienced,” she said.
“It’s so hard to do Drag Race. It’s stressful, but I can’t see myself doing that ever again right now. I’m saying that today. You never know.
“I might get a call from Randy Barbato and Fenton [Bailey] of World of Wonder like, ‘We’re going to do another one!’ You never know, I might change my mind, but today I’d say it’s not a possibility.”
Raja’s recent comments come a week after she landed her second Legendary Legend Star during episode eight of All Stars 7.
