Mortal Kombat, the legendary video game franchise, has collaborated with, MJB: Marc Jacques Burton, the British fashion brand, to create a limited edition capsule to commemorate the launch of Mortal Kombat 11.
The unisex collection includes a vibrant selection of hoodies, tees and balaclavas that reference key characters synonymous with the smash hit video game.
MJB is a British brand, designed in London and hand crafted in Italy. When browsing through the brand’s collections, you can immediately see nostalgic nods to the London punk scene of the 70s, the New York art scene of the 1980s and elements of hip hop culture that dominated the 90s .
So it’s no surprise Burton has attracted the attention of influential artists such as The Migos, Quavo, Off Set, Young Thug, Future, Juice World, Lil Skies, Marilyn Manson, and many others.
The Selfridges exclusive pop-up will be open throughout the next 2 weeks. The Mortal Kombat X MJB installation display will be up for two weeks on the men’s designer floor (1st floor) and the capsule is on sale from Saturday 27/04/19 at marcjacquesburton.com and at Selfridges
