Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause is headed to Lifetime with a new LGBTQIA+ film.

On 28 September, A&E Networks announced that the popular reality TV personality would be starring in the new thriller You’re Not Supposed To Be Here.

The film is set to follow a pregnant Zoe (Stause) and her girlfriend Kennedy (Diora Baird) as they head to a remote cabin – offered by the latter’s boss – to escape the stresses of work and family life.

However, their relaxing getaway turns into a sinister nightmare when they meet the residents of the sleepy mountain town.

The official synopsis adds: “Zoe feels uncomfortable with the looks and stares of the townsfolk, and questions if their unwanted attention has to do with them as a same-sex couple, while Kennedy tries to reassure her it’s her pregnancy hormones getting the best of her.

“Just as the two let their guards down, their nightmare begins. They realize they are completely unprepared for what is in store, and that the townspeople want something the two have.”

In addition to Stause and Baird, Curtis Hamilton (The Real Friends of Weho), Heather Matarazzo (Princess Diaries), Devon Gummersall (My So-Called Life), Drew Powell (Ray Donovan) and Jeante Godlock (Daybreak) are set to star in the film.

TV viewers won’t have to wait too long to see Days of Our Lives in the upcoming thriller, which is scheduled to premiere on 4 November.

Stause’s new LGBTQIA+ film comes over a year after she opened up about her romantic relationship with non-binary artist G Flip.

“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re non-binary, so they go by they/them,” Chrishell said during Selling Sunset‘s season five reunion special. “And they are an extremely talented musician.”

Since that fateful moment, the beloved TV star has remained an open book about her queer identity and her love story with the ‘About You’ artist.

In May, the two talents surprised fans when they announced that they got married in a heartfelt Instagram reel.

“Love doesn’t always go as planned… Sometimes it’s immeasurably better,” Strause wrote in the caption.

“If you ever get the pleasure of meeting G, know that you are meeting one of the kindest, funniest & most talented hard working people out there… I love you so much [G Flip].”

At the end of the reel, a photo was shown featuring Stause in a wedding dress and the G-Flip tux.

You’re Not Supposed To Be Here will air on Lifetime on 4 November.
