Love Island 2019 winner Amber Gill addressed tweets where she appeared to come out, saying she did it “accidentally”.
Gill took to Twitter in July and wrote: “Switching teams was the best decision I made in my life.”
When a fan asked what kind of team she was referring to, the reality star quipped: “Google teams x.”
She also said: “Watching men makes me feel ill I couldn’t put myself through it again.”
The 25-year-old addressed the speculation on showbiz show Access All Areas.
Gill confirmed the tweets that announced her sexuality were an accident.

“Accidentally, yeah. I remember looking at it [the tweet] and thinking, ‘S**t, what have I said?’” she explained.
“Normally people have these lovely, beautiful stories and lovely, beautiful real Instagram posts, like just lush. I’ve put ‘switching teams’ on a tweet and that’s how I came out!”

Amber won the fifth series of Love Island with Greg O’Shea, but the relationship ended not long after the series wrapped.
Since then, she’s gone on to write her debut novel, Until I Met You.
She tweeted that she was supposed to attend UK Black Pride, but was “so hungover” from a friend’s birthday the day before.
