Former Real Housewives star Meghan King revealed she’s “somewhere on the gay spectrum” and admitted she’s “hooked up” with women in the past.
King appeared on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County.
She discussed her sexuality on the relaunch of her podcast, Intimate Knowledge.
The 37-year-old told People: “It’s interesting because the way that I grew up was very traditional — all the way through I went to Catholic school.”
“But I’ve hooked up with women… I’m not a lesbian, I must be somewhere on the gay spectrum. I mean we all are, everyone is.”
The reality star, who got divorced last year, added that she has had “fun experiences” in the past, but doesn’t “look at women and think of them sexually”.

King divorced retired baseball player Jim Edmonds in May 2021.
She tied the knot with Cuffe Biden Owens, the nephew of US president Joe Biden, in October 2021, but the marriage was annulled.
In an interview featured on the Divorced Not Dead podcast, King felt “very confused” by the partnership, but was glad it happened.
“We rushed into it… Like I said earlier, I’m a lover and I want everybody to be happy. I learned some big lessons from that mistake. I’m sure he did as well.”
She isn’t the first Real Housewife to discuss her sexuality.
Fellow Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke came out in 2020.
“I’m a member of the LGBTQ+ community,” she stated. “It has taken me 42 years to say that but I am so proud of where I am right now.”
