‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ star Kandy Muse has sent a heartfelt message to fans ahead of the ‘All Stars 8’ finale.
The queen is in the final two alongside ‘Canada’s Drag Race’ star Jimbo, with two and four challenge wins, respectively.
“I can’t process being the only other queen besides raven to make final 2 twice in the entire drag race franchise,” Kandy wrote on Twitter on 11 July.
“I remember being 13 years old watching season 1 being so confused on what a drag queen even was, and now here we are- we did it kids, we fucking did it! Love u all.”
Season 10 winner Aquaria was among the first to respond, joking that Kandy would lose twice “just like Raven”.

Others pointed out that Monét X Change also made the final two twice on both ‘All Stars 4’ alongside Trinity the Tuck and ‘All Stars 7’ with Jinkx Monsoon.
Some claimed this wasn’t relevant as Monét won and placed second as opposed to finishing twice on two occasions, though others stated that this is irrelevant given that Kandy’s final placement is yet to be determined.
“Earning ‘top 2’ doesn’t mean you can’t win,” one fan pointed out.

“Kandy is talking about making it to top 2. Something both Raven and Monet achieved in two different seasons, just like her. regardless of the turn out, they just had to face ONE more girl before the crowning.”

Competing in the season is Alexis Michelle, Darienne Lake, Heidi N Closet, Jaymes Mansfield, Jessica Wild, Jimbo, Kahanna Montrese, Kandy Muse, LaLa Ri, Monica Beverly Hillz, Mrs. Kasha Davis and Naysha Lopez.
